Ukraine in miniature
An interactive exhibition that showcases the cultural heritage of Ukraine and the damage caused by Russian aggression through 3D printing, virtual tours, and immersive videos.
Project Objective:
To emphasize the cultural importance of Ukraine's immovable cultural heritage in the European context and to show the scale of destruction caused by Russian aggression.
Key stages of the project:
- Process data of 29 cultural heritage objects from different regions of Ukraine (among them Saint Sophia Cathedral, Saint George's Cathedral, and other unique monuments).
- Create digital copies and print these objects on a 3D printer.
- Prepare audio descriptions of the objects in eight languages for an international audience.
- Develop VR tours and immersive videos for a deeper immersion into the space of cultural heritage.
