Delivery and payment

How we ship orders, what it costs and which payment methods are available.
1. Order processing time
We dispatch orders within 2–5 business days (Saturdays and Sundays excluded) of the order being placed. For prepaid orders the countdown starts when the payment is received.
If an item is out of stock or needs more preparation time, we will contact you on the phone number you provided.

An estimated delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout once you select a city and a branch. The final amount is set by the carrier at the moment of dispatch.
International delivery is possible by separate arrangement — write to info@skeiron.com.ua before placing your order.
3. Tracking and receiving
Once the order is handed to the carrier you receive a waybill number (TTN) that lets you track the parcel on the Nova Poshta website.
Please check the packaging and completeness on receipt. If the parcel is damaged, have a report drawn up in the presence of the carrier’s representative — this is required for compensation.
The branch keeps a parcel for a limited period under the carrier’s rules, after which it is returned to the sender.
4. Payment methods
Online card payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard via the plata by mono internet acquiring service (JSC UNIVERSAL BANK). After clicking “Place order” you are taken to the bank’s secure payment page and returned to the Website with a confirmation once the payment is completed.
Cash on delivery
You pay at the carrier’s branch when collecting the parcel. The carrier charges an additional money-transfer fee under its own tariffs.
All settlements are made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Prices on the Website include the taxes required by Ukrainian law.
5. Payment security
- your card details are entered on the bank’s side — skeiron.com.ua never receives or stores them;
- the connection is protected by TLS (HTTPS);
- payments support 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode);
- the payment service complies with the PCI DSS security standard.
6. Documents and refunds
A fiscal receipt is provided electronically. We can resend it on request — write to info@skeiron.com.ua.
If an order is cancelled or goods are returned, the refund is issued using the original payment method. See “Returns and exchanges” for details.
