These Terms govern the use of https://skeiron.com.ua — browsing materials, holding an account, making submissions and using other Skeiron services. The Website is operated by LLC "SKEIRON", registration code (EDRPOU) 40358486.

1. Acceptance of the terms

1.1. By using the Website you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1.2. Purchases in the shop are additionally governed by the Public Offer Agreement; the seller of the goods and party to that contract is Individual Entrepreneur Yu. Prepodobnyi, taxpayer number (RNOKPP) 3440812536. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

2.1. Some features (profile, saved objects, submitting publications) are available only to registered users.

2.2. You undertake to provide accurate data, keep it up to date and not to share access to your account with third parties.

2.3. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at info@skeiron.com.ua.

2.4. You may delete your account at any time in the profile settings.

3. Rules of use

When using the Website you must not:

  • breach Ukrainian law or the rights of third parties;
  • post material containing incitement to violence, discrimination, defamation, pornography or misleading claims;
  • carry out automated data collection (scraping), bulk copying of content or circumvention of technical restrictions;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website’s systems, disrupt their operation or distribute malicious software;
  • impersonate another person or a representative of Skeiron.

4. Material you submit

4.1. By submitting text, images or other material through the Website you warrant that you hold the necessary rights and that the material does not infringe the rights of third parties.

4.2. You grant LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "SKEIRON" a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such material on the Website and in our communication channels for the purpose of promoting cultural heritage, with attribution where provided.

4.3. We may refuse to publish, edit or remove material that conflicts with these Terms, without giving reasons.

5. Skeiron intellectual property

5.1. The Website, its design, texts, photographs, 3D models and other materials, unless stated otherwise, belong to LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "SKEIRON" or are used on lawful grounds and are protected by copyright law.

5.2. Personal, non-commercial viewing and quotation of materials is permitted with a credit and an active link to the Website.

5.3. Any commercial use, including of 3D models, requires separate written permission — contact info@skeiron.com.ua. Where an open licence is stated for a specific item, that licence applies.

5.4. If you believe material on the Website infringes your rights, write to info@skeiron.com.ua — we will review the notice and remove the material where justified.

6. Newsletter

6.1. Subscribing is voluntary and is confirmed by following a link in the confirmation email (double opt-in).

6.2. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to info@skeiron.com.ua.

7. Availability and liability

7.1. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: planned and unplanned maintenance and third-party outages may occur.

7.2. Website materials are informational. We do not warrant their absolute completeness or accuracy and are not liable for decisions made on their basis.

7.3. The Website may contain links to third-party resources; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.

7.4. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights guaranteed by Ukrainian law.

8. Suspension of access

We may restrict or terminate access to the Website or to an account in case of a breach of these Terms, abuse of the service, or where required by law.

9. Changes and governing law

9.1. We may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance.

9.2. These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in court.
