Preservation of the Ukrainian heritage of the Dnipropetrovsk region
Project Objective:
To preserve key cultural heritage sites of the Dnipropetrovsk region that are under threat of destruction due to missile strikes.
Tasks completed by the team:
- Conduct the digitization of historical buildings in the Dnipropetrovsk region located less than 100 km from the front line.
- Digitize objects from various historical periods and with different functions.
- Create digital copies of the Dnipro Philharmonic, the Roman Catholic Church of St. Nicholas in Kamianske, the Petrykivka Museum of Ethnography, Life and Folk Art, the Dmytro Yavornytskyi Museum, the modernist Lazar Hloba Summer Theater, and other objects.
- Present the results at an exhibition at the Technical University of Dortmund.
