Project objective: digitization of seven unique aircraft cockpits from the collection of the Oleg Antonov State Aviation Museum. Based on 3D models and scientific research, the project introduces a virtual quest “Prepare the Aircraft for the Ghost of Kyiv”, which combines museum storytelling with modern technologies to preserve and promote Ukraine’s aviation heritage.

Key Project Stages:

  • Digitize seven aircraft cockpits from the collection of the Oleg Antonov State Aviation Museum.
  • Create 3D models of the cockpits and make them available for scientific and museum purposes.
  • Develop the virtual quest “Prepare the Aircraft for the Ghost of Kyiv” based on digital reconstructions and research, combining storytelling with interactive technologies.
  • Create virtual tours that improve accessibility for visitors and ensure preservation in case of physical loss.
  • Use virtual formats as promotional tools to popularize Ukraine’s aviation heritage and raise interest in aviation history.
