The village of Didivtsi has been known since 1629. It was part of the Regimental Company (Polkova Sotnia) of the Pryluky Regiment. In 1690, Hetman Ivan Mazepa granted Didivtsi to the regimental company commander Ostap Matsenko, and Hetman Ivan Skoropadsky left Didivtsi to his son, Anton Matsenko. In the early 19th century, a manor was located in Didivtsi — a one-story, wooden house with a columned portico on the main facade, an outbuilding, and a park, built on a high foundation with a large basement, and stuccoed and whitewashed on the outside. The manor belonged to Mark Dmytrovych Kysil, a descendant of a Ukrainian noble family. After his death, his wife, Alina Leontiivna Krahelska, became the owner of the estate.
